Training kids is helping children choose the right track in life. We're passionate about training leaders that will make a difference in the lives of children. We don't just talk about children's ministry, we do it! We are commissioned by God and committed to helping leaders shape the destiny of this generation more effectively than ever. We can help! Inspiration. Children’s ministry is labor intensive. Fresh inspiration is necessary to maintain a focused staff. They will develop new skills and reinforce existing skills to make teaching a joy. Minimize

staff will be exposed to new and cutting edge resources that increase

Much more than just a
series of how-to workshops, this seminar is different. The Passion. We love children’s ministry and children’s workers. We’ve ministered in both large and small churches for over 30 years. We understand the problems and needs of children’s workers. It will stir up the gifts that God has deposited in your life. There are special gifts that God has deposited in your life. Instead of copying what you see others do, you'll be challenged to develop the special gifts in your life. Again and again, you'll say, "I can do that." You'll be challenged to do it and do it better than ever! Strong spiritual focus. While most seminars focus on only the mechanics, this seminar will stir your staff to lead the children into the presence of God and yet teach strong biblical truths. Parents are facing a tremendous challenge as they try to raise Godly
children in our society. Busy lifestyles leave parents drained with
little reserves to nourish their children. While the constant pull of
the ungodly influences demand that children be prepared or sucked into
the downward spiral. There is a tremendous need for parents to be
encouraged, taught and held accountable to shape the destiny of precious
children that Almighty God has placed in their care. The church should
be a refuge where parents can be refueled and receive directions that
will help them accomplish their God given responsibility.
And we would like to help you accomplish that objective.
We
would like to come into your church for a one or two-day seminar called
“Train ‘em Right.” You can customize the seminar to fit your needs,
choosing from eight different workshops with the Family Celebration
Option. You can open
it to other parents in your community or limit it to your membership. We
want to help you impact families.

with puppets, Power Point visuals, stories and gospel illusions to help
families realize God has a plan for their lives.

Building a Leader

Ministry Isn't For
Armadillos
Becoming offended will cause act like an
armadillo trying to protect yourself instead of the leader God intended you
to become. This workshop will help you overcome offenses and use them to
develop strong Christian character-a must for a leader.
Anointed to Minister
More important than all the how-to's is the
anointing. You can have it in your life. We'll talk about the importance of
the anointing and how you can flow in that anointing.
Servant or Star
The "Star" mentality has penetrated the minds
of the church area. There is a overwhelming need to be stars, but there is a
higher call. You'll be challenged to focus on the important and follow the
