Everybody loves to be bragged on. With all the things you need to do in class,  it can be challenging to be consistent in acknowledging others accomplishments. Reinforcing good behavior and achievements is vital in your role as a teacher/cheerleader. Everybody needs a cheerleader, someone that recognizes the gold in their life. Make time in your class, a few minutes will be enough to recognize your students accomplishments. This cocky fellow can help. Use this rooster puppet  when your students accomplish something worth crowing about. Let him strut in and share the great news with the whole class. Watch television to come up with a great voice. Get the class involved. Have the students help you discover good things that are your students have done. The rooster puppet should also mention the students name that turns in the good report.
