Let the children retell the story using the felts.

Use the felt figures on the bulletin board

 Puppets

Attach the felt figures to tongue de-pressers and use them as rod puppets. Or use the bulletin board figures the same way. Laminate with contact paper before using the paper figures.

 Felt dolls and houses-

Children enjoy role playing family situations with the felt dolls. They can practice counting clothes, rooms etc.

Attach the clothes to tennis balls to make a  puppet.

Use the career clothing to  dress them as community helpers and role play the jobs they would do.
